Q. How do I print reports or print a customer receipt?
A. With each iTouch2Pay account, the merchant receives a web based virtual terminal. From this virtual terminal you can print numerous reports. You can also print customer receipts or re-send an email receipt. In the future, it is our intention to add in printing and card swiping support directly from the iphone.

Q. How do I pay for my iTouch2Pay account?
A. Each month the credit card that you have on account with iTouch2Pay will be debited for your daily or monthly fees. Chase Paymentech will deduct the flat rate per transaction and the MDR, merchant discount rate, from you on days that you have transaction activity.

Q. What is involved if I decide to cancel my iTouch2Pay account?
A. You may cancel your iTouch2Pay account at any time for any reason. Just call our 1 888 218-1020 line and request a cancelation. Note: There may be a cancelation fee from your merchant account provider.

Q. Does iTouch2Pay work with AMEX in Canada and the U.S.?
A. Yes, however the merchant must establish a direct relationship with AMEX and provide iTouch2Pay with an existing AMEX merchant number.

Q. Does iTouch2Pay work with Discover or any other credit cards in Canada and the U.S.?
A. At this time, iTouch2Pay can only process VISA, Mastercard and AMEX transactions in both Canada and the U.S.

Q. Does iTouch2Pay comply with VISA and Mastercard's latest security audits?
A. e-RegisterNow's host servers which run iTouch2Pay received their PCI-DSS audit certification last Nov 2008. The iPhone device will be audited this April 2009 by Trustwave for the PA-DSS certification.

Q. Do I need to setup a new corporate bank account?
A. No, the proceeds from each sale can be deposited to any bank in Canada or the U.S.

Q. How often are deposits made to my bank account?
A. Deposits usually occur the next day.

Q. What company name will my customers see on their monthly credit card statements?
A. Your company name will appear on your customer's credit card statements.

Q. Is it compulsory to obtain a new set of merchant accounts in order to use iTouch2Pay?
A. Yes, iTouch2Pay requires that all merchants have a set of merchant accounts from Chase Paymentech. Existing Chase Paymentech merchants may be able to use their existing accounts. These new high security internet merchant accounts are offered to you at highly competitive rates.

Q. Is cardholder information stored on the iPhone device?
A. No, all cardholder data is stored on the server side and complies with the PCI-DSS audit rules.

Q. What does it mean to register my iPhone with iTouch2Pay?
A. Each merchant account comes with a web account which allows merchants to register which iPhones are allowed to make transactions.

Q. What happens if I lose my iPhone?
A. The merchant can login to the web account and de-register the lost iPhone.

Q. What is the purpose of the web based account?
A. The backend web based virtual terminal account allows you to print reports, make transactions and monitor your merchant account.

Q. What else can my iTouch2Pay account do?
A. iTouch2Pay is a small module of a larger system called, e-Registernow. (www.e-RegisterNow.com) e-RegisterNow allows merchants to perform online event registration and/or sell eTickets to events from their websites.
